Dacros exists to give businesses what ad hoc help rarely can: IT that is proactive, security-first and accountable, on a plan they can predict.
One company, three practices
Dacros is a trading name of TicketWave HQ Ltd, a UK professional services company based in Leeds, and its business technology practice. It sits alongside two sibling practices, so the same person who builds and secures production systems looks after your day to day IT.
Enterprise habits, security by default, monitoring and documentation, applied at the scale of the business you run. One accountable relationship, with a named person you can actually hold to account.
What we believe
Four positions, and they are the ones you should hold us to. They are also the reason the honest labels further down this page stay on the page.
- 01 Security is not optional Every engagement is hardened by default, rather than secured later once something has already gone wrong.
- 02 No jargon We explain things in plain English, and write down what we did, so no decision rests on a word you had to take on trust.
- 03 Proactive beats reactive Monitoring and maintenance so small faults get caught rather than left to become outages. Fix it before it breaks.
- 04 Your data, your say UK and EU-first by default, and transparent about where your data lives and who can touch it.
Founded and led by Jordan Gilbert
Dacros is a trading name of TicketWave HQ Ltd, founded by Jordan Gilbert. He has been building on the web since 2006 and sets the engineering and security standard for Dacros: the same standard we hold our own systems to.
You should be able to check who you are trusting with your technology. His credentials are independently verifiable, and anything we do not yet hold is labelled as such until the day it is not.
