Who I am
The person accountable for your technology
Jordan Gilbert founded TicketWave HQ Ltd, the UK technology group Dacros is a trading name of. He has been building on the web since 2006 — more than twenty years of shipping and securing real software — and today sets the engineering and security standard across the group's brands.
Dacros is where that discipline is pointed at small-business IT and cyber security: enterprise-grade habits — security by default, monitoring, documentation, evidence — at a scale and price a small firm can actually live with. The same people who build and secure serious software look after your day-to-day IT.
It isn't theory. When we wrote up what we found auditing our own infrastructure, that was this team holding its own systems to the exact standard we hold yours to.
