Six things, and no more than six. A small business typically ends up with a repair shop, a broadband provider, a person who is good with computers, and nobody owning security. This is the same list under one roof, and the first two are where nearly every engagement begins.

How much does it cost?

Every business is different, so we price per business rather than off a rigid menu. After your free review you'll get a clear, fixed monthly plan: you'll know exactly what you pay and what's included before you commit to anything.

Do you only work with businesses in Leeds?

We're based in Yorkshire and love working with local businesses in person, and we work remotely across the UK too. On-site visits are focused on Leeds, Bradford and the wider Yorkshire area.

We already have someone who does our IT: why switch?

The classic switch story is the one-person "computer guy" who was great until they were on holiday, ill, or out of their depth on security. Dacros is built to give you proactive monitoring and security by default: with one accountable point of contact.

Can you help us get Cyber Essentials certified?

Yes. We'll get you ready for Cyber Essentials (and Cyber Essentials Plus), which is increasingly required to win B2B and public-sector contracts and to keep your cyber insurance valid.

Where does our data actually live?

We are UK and EU-first by default: the tools we run the practice on, and the hosting we recommend, sit in the UK or the EU unless there is a clear reason otherwise, and we will say so when a supplier does not.
