Six claims. Each one pairs with a public record, an issuing body or a plain admission, and nothing here needs you to take our word for it.
A claim you cannot check is a claim you should not have to accept.
A UK company you can look up
You are trusting whoever runs your IT with access to everything: the email, the files, the accounts, the backups. The least a supplier can do is be a real, named, registered company you can independently check before you ever pick up the phone.
Plenty of IT providers are a first name and a mobile number. That can work fine, right up until it does not, and there is nobody to hold to anything.

What we do not yet hold sits here, in public, rather than in a sentence that could be read either way. Each item moves out of this list when it exists and can be linked, and not a day earlier.
A supplier that blurs the line on its own certifications will blur it on your security posture too.

- 02 ICO registration Registration as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Not yet registered; the reference gets published here on issue.
We hold our own systems to your standard
The strongest evidence is not a badge, it is practice. We harden everything we take on by default, and we audit our own infrastructure the way we would audit yours. When we found circular failure points in our own recovery setup, we published exactly what we found and how we fixed it, rather than quietly repairing it.
